As a developer I would like to test the latest releases of OSSM before they are available on the operator hub.

https://issues.redhat.com/browse/NE-1334 tests the latest and greatest procedure. But we still need to document and automate.

We have a procedure and shell script created by gspence@redhat.com , but it needs some  updates and further automation.
