Epic Goal

MicroShift is planning to make the default ingress router of MicroShift more configurable - disable it, configre NICs/IPs its listening on etc. (see parent feature).

There are two enhancement proposals available. The goal of this epic to get review and approval from the network edge specialist to ensure the soundness and future proof the the proposed changes.
