Goal
The implementation of the ingress capability for the standalone OpenShift (which is created by the installer) is out of the scope of the epic. Therefore, the goal of this user story is to prevent the users from disabling the ingress capability. The implementation details are described in the enhancement. The bump the openshift api to the version which contains the ingress capability is a part of this story too.

Acceptance criteria

• The ingress capability is known by the openshift installer.
• The new capability does not introduce any new regression to the openshift CI test (test example).
