      Feb/6/2023: PM commented: we are no longer pursuing this approach (see parent Feature) and therefore closing and archiving this issue.
      Feb/6/2023: the associated feature had the fix-version removed on Jan27 and the feature is in backlog status. Updating this tracking epic from in-progress to TODO status until the feature is revived and scheduled.
      From Dec 15, 2022: Effort is stalled on "blocked on a solution to the problem of multiple administrator personas for Operators (in this case, CMA)".

      This epic is simply a Network Edge tracking epic to keep track of Service Delivery work being done with Autoscale in https://issues.redhat.com/browse/OCPBU-68. Netedge team doesn't expect that there will be any actual work here, though we do expect there will be some consulting needed.
      This epic is to keep track of the effort within our team dashboards.
