Note: This story has been repurposed to align with the plan for the Perf & Scale to lead the Gateway API testing effort.

Collaborate with the Perf & Scale team to develop a test framework (or modify the existing framework) for Gateway API / Envoy. The Perf & Scale team is anticipated to take on the task of incorporating the Gateway API into https://github.com/cloud-bulldozer/ingress-perf, with support from the NE team for configuration and testing requirements.

The acceptance criteria for this story is:

1. Create an appropriate Jira Epic for Perf & Scale
2. Send a request for testing for Perf & Scale at https://ocp-landing-stage.rdu2.scalelab.redhat.com/
3. Work with Perf & Scale Team lead to prioritize this work
4. Provide configuration assistance and testing requirements for Gateway API test
5. Review test results from Perf & Scale
6. Provide feedback to Perf & Scale team on results
