      Through debugging issues in https://coreos.slack.com/archives/C03KEQZC1L2, we documented how to debug DNS issues with TCPDump: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1f6xApgBQcljKT2_3s-Xbr7CKLrEcTLMuv_wFHCNtu6E/edit#heading=h.1nk7fws5qf69. 

      Grant also did a demo (https://drive.google.com/file/d/1QuQJkwUWTmSIf-lM3NiH5OYzdEFySCyr/view?usp=sharing) on how to debug DNS with the steps listed in the scratch pad.

      This epic is to track the sharing of information with RedHat Support so they are better informed on how to debug DNS issues and direct the problems to the right team.

      We would like this done by end of the year 2022.
