As a multiarch CI engineer, I want to start our integration with TRT by adding the ARM CI jobs to the default view of the Component Readiness dashboard.  This should very minimally increase the workload on TRT as they react to initial regression details in the default view, but help establish a foundational piece for enabling more architectures to be added to the default view in the future.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Engage with the TRT team to add ARM jobs to the default view in Component Readiness
• Define a new CI-Specific slack handle for TRT to message when a regression is detected and requires investigation from the multiarch team
• Engage with the TRT regularly for feedback on their workload and discuss any necessary changes
