The Multiarch Tuning Operator will be extended to support the new execFormatErrorMonitor plugin defined in the ClusterPodPlacementConfig custom resource. When this plugin is enabled, the operator will be responsible for deploying the enoexec-event-daemon DaemonSet, the enoexec-event-handler Deployment, and the related RBAC resources described in the Architecture and RBAC sections.
