The Tekton Pipeline definition we now use can be removed in favour of using a pipeline stored in an image in quay.io so that the maintenance efforts and the amount of PRs from the konflux bot is minimized.

Acceptance criteria:

• The Pipeline definitions for building single-arch, multi-arch and fbc images are removed
• The PipelineRun manifests refer to the respective pipelines stored in the quay.io bundles provided by the Konflux team
