Investigate CRI-U and live migration of pods in the context of Multiarch Compute nodes clusters.

We should not allow migrating a pod across nodes of different architectures.

Do we need specific changes to allow the restoring of a pod in the same architecture as the one of the pod we saved the state/checkpoint of?

Should the Multiarch Tuning Operator take care of anything or is upstream (and possible changes upstream) engouh?
