Epic Goal
The goal of this epic is to establish an assisted installer workflow similar to the UPI and agent-based workflow for our Power and Z CI hosts.
Why is this important?
This is important because it will cover deployments where the assisted service runs externally to the cluster. This also gives us an alternative workflow in case the UPI or agent-based workflows aren't working.
Acceptance Criteria
- A new step is added to openshift/release that deploys an assisted service
- A new workflow is added to openshift/release that uses the step above to deploy a cluster to our Power and Z hosts
- A new set of tests is create (or an existing set of tests is converted) to use this new workflow
- Remove the assisted service job that uses the production assisted service running the the Red Hat cloud application console
