• The operator can be installed in cluster wide proxy scenarios and the operand is correctly deployed when the ClusterPodPlacementConfig obejct is created
• The operand can inspect images through proxy in a scenario with cluster wide proxy. The easiest way to ensure this is by testing on a disconnected cluster with cluster wide proxy. Other solutions are well accepted.
