Acceptance Criteria:

• Gather information about the operator framework projects (e.g kubebuilder, operator-sdk, OLM/api, etc.) and note any interactions that may cause challenges or benefits within the context of a multi-arch compute cluster.
• Determine if an epic needs to be filed, and filed one with the information above if relevant.
