The job periodic-ci-openshift-multiarch-master-nightly-4.15-ocp-e2e-ovn-remote-libvirt-s390x-heterogeneous is running against a remote libvirt setup which currently still has sporadic connectivity and stability issues.

These can be seen e.g. here:

Possible fixes are improving the connection or introducing some leeway for pathological events of this type in this environments.

      Failing tests:

      • [bz-etcd][invariant] alert/etcdMemberCommunicationSlow should not be at or above info
      • [sig-api-machinery] disruption/kube-api should be available throughout the test
      • [sig-api-machinery] disruption/cache-kube-api should be available throughout the test
      • [sig-api-machinery] disruption/openshift-api should be available throughout the test
      • [sig-api-machinery] disruption/cache-openshift-api should be available throughout the test
      • [sig-api-machinery] disruption/oauth-api should be available throughout the test
      • [sig-api-machinery] disruption/cache-oauth-api should be available throughout the test
      • [sig-arch] events should not repeat pathologically for ns/openshift-multus
      • [sig-network-edge] ns/openshift-authentication route/oauth-openshift disruption/ingress-to-oauth-server connection/new should be available throughout the test
      • [sig-network-edge] ns/openshift-authentication route/oauth-openshift disruption/ingress-to-oauth-server connection/reused should be available throughout the test

Tests failed in early instable run:

      • [sig-instrumentation] Prometheus [apigroup:image.openshift.io] when installed on the cluster shouldn't report any alerts in firing state apart from Watchdog and AlertmanagerReceiversNotConfigured [Early][apigroup:config.openshift.io] [Skipped:Disconnected] [Suite:openshift/conformance/parallel]
