      Some tests have been skipped on arm64 and heterogeneous clusters in openshift-tests-private.

       

      As an OCP QE for ARM and Multi-arch compute nodes clusters, I want to collect the skipped tests so that we can verify whether they need re-enablement, specific work or are safe to be ignored in other arches.
