Acceptance Criteria

• A copy of the 4.15 epic breakdown template is made and renamed to indicate which feature it's for
• Set up a meeting with the stakeholder teams and contributors and determine stories that are needed to deliver this epic
• Stories filed to Jira for all of the next steps according to these instructions
• A finalized copy of the epic breakdown document for the feature is saved to the shared directory for epic breakdown for 4.15
