      As a user of an SMC in OpenShift, I would like the smc-tools package installed on either the oc debug container or base RHCOS nodes because it is necessary to read out debug info, stats, etc for SMC connections.

       

      Acceptance Criteria:

      • Discuss the best path forward for including this package with SMEs / Staff Engineers
      • Determine a delivery target based on feasibility
