Power QE for NFD support for nodes with NX-GZIP on Power10

1. Create a cluster Power10 powervm
2. Install the 4.15 Cluster NFD Operator
3. Setup the NFD to label the nodes with all labels
4. Let it run, and you should see the cpu-coprosser.nx_gzip label
