Test case failures on a Multi-arch Compute (x86 and ppc64le) cluster

      I was running the https://github.com/openshift/cucushift/, https://github.com/openshift/verification-tests  on a Multi-arch Compute (x86 and ppc64le) cluster and the following tests are constantly failing:

      1. features/tierN/admin/scc.feature:643 OCP-11010:Authentication User can know if he can create podspec against the current scc rules via selfsubjectsccreview

2. features/tierN/admin/scc.feature:670 OCP-11398:Authentication User can know whether the PodSpec his describing will actually be allowed by the current SCC rules via subjectsccreview

3. features/tierN/admin/scc.feature:1037 OCP-22485:Authentication 4.x User can know which serviceaccount and SA groups can create the podspec against the current sccs

4. features/tierN/apiserver/auth/metrics.feature:145 OCP-15431:Authentication Oauth Prometheus endpoint coverage

5. features/tierN/rest/user_scope.feature:14 OCP-10853:Authentication Should return 403 when the scope exceed the impersonated user's permission
