      A bug was opened a while ago asking for more information on why s390x jobs had gotten slower.

      Upgrades for s390x appear to have gotten more than 30 minutes slower in the last few days, specifically for this job periodic-ci-openshift-multiarch-master-nightly-4.14-upgrade-from-nightly-4.13-ocp-ovn-remote-libvirt-s390x

      After some initial investigation and manual upgrade testing, the upgrades were completed successfully.  Since the difference in information is pretty severe (manual upgrade taking around 70 minutes, while CI averages being greater than that), more in depth investigation is required.

      Completion Criteria:

      • Information regarding the increased upgrade time within CI detailed via comments on this task or in an external doc (google doc, etc)
      • Applicable bugs or tasks filed in Jira to address any specific issues identified
