Need to identify how to automate following things.

1. Create VM in PowerVC

• Currently using UPI tf code to create a VM
• Need to decide whether to use this tf or some other way of creating this VM

2. Shipping the iso to VIOS and create a vopt to boot the VM from HMC.

• Currently doing above thing manually by ssh into vios and scp the boot iso and create vopt.
• Need to identify how to automate this

3. Boot VM using vopt created in previous step

• Currently logging into HMC and manually get into boot order of the VM and chose the newly attached vopt.
• Need to identify how to automate this
