As the Multi-Arch engineer, I would like to have a process to filter incoming tests so that tests which are not appropriate for this arch are not run and also which tests should be run and finally which tests should be moved to CI, so that a document that describes this process is produced.

Below are deliverables needed for this story:

• Produce a document and list out scenarios that should be filtered and which should be run and which should be passed onto CI
