As the Multi-Arch engineer, I would like to baseline the test results based on initial verification results in MULTIARCH-2051, so that a document that lists out pass/fails is produced.

Below are deliverables needed for this story:

• Produce a document and list out scenarios that work or fail for verification tests
• Describe what CI/CD is happening on x86 currently?

Acceptance Criteria:

• Write up comment or doc about current coverage for x86 in CI.
• Run the verification tests & produce a doc/spreadsheet with the passes and failures.
