      As the IBM P QE, I would like to complete testing of Stream Control Transmission Protocol (SCTP) on P, so that the new feature is tested.

      Entrance Criteria

      • Test case is written from the research
      • Development work on the feature should be completed
      • Testing environment available (hardware, access, etc.)
      • Actions from the QE research have been addressed and implemented, a TODO list from QE research has been added to the QE Testing Jira ticket
      • All acceptance criteria from QE research are met

      Acceptance Criteria

      • Test cases completed
      • Bugs reported in BZ
      • Results documented
      • Existing documentation has been verified to be working
        • Existing documentation has been reviewed and feedback is provided
        • If applicable, steps for potential modification/improvement in documentation are highlighted
