As the customer using IBM P & Z, I would like to see documentation updated on Descheduler, so that I may use it to guide installation of the feature.

Entrance Criteria

• Jira ticket or Bugzilla bug (if this is an in-between update) have been created
• QE has confirmed that feature is supported

Acceptance Criteria

• Product documentation updated with story information
• Other relevant docs updated with story information
• PR has been QE reviewed and peer reviewed and has merged
