      As the multi-arch engineer, I would like to enable the the vertical pod autoscaling operator in OperatorHub, so that the devel and QE teams could conduct testing and devel work using the operator in OperatorHub.

      • Operator enabled in OperatorHub
      • PR that enables the Operator has been merged (if applicable)
