As a Customer I want to add DASD and FCP devices to a running cluster and the way to add the devices is not described.

FCP needs a update description how to integrate it.

This is to extend the set of persistent devices. Like it would be required for a application like ODF which are sitting on top of the local PVs or if a customer has a specific requirement to add local persistent devices with a local storage operator.
