Typo in text:
small problem in the text under the "Fetch certificate..." button: In the UI text, please add a comma (,) after "in which case" – The text should read "The Manager CA certificate unless it was replaced by a third-party certificate, in which case, enter the Manager Apache CA certificate."
Most likely my mistake, I'll check the documentation.
