We have the Configuring MTV settings for the UI

But have nothing for the CLI.  We need either a section that includes the CLI settings to be included in the Chapter 5. Migrating virtual machines from the command line or move the Configure MTV settings to Configuring the MTV Operator

If we move to Configuring the MTV Operator we will need to include an additional column in the table to show whether this setting is for UI, CLI or both.
