Providing a link to remote cluster UI (Openshift):

Improve integration with the OpenShift console by providing a link to the Openshift console of remote cluster.

Issue:
In providers details page, we show a information about the provider, in the case the provider is the a remote Openshift cluster we can add a link to the clusters console URL.
