ESX provider is similar to vSphere provider that points to vCenter but it has a single host
We setting a network for the host, we currently ask for credentials (since the user specifies credentials only for vCenter). But in this case of ESXi provider, it doesn't make sense to ask the user to specify that - we already have the credentials.

Another part that is a nice to have is to render the host differently since there can't be more than one
