Currently, we require the URL of a vSphere provider to point to vCenter
We want to provide the ability to import from ESX directly, without going through vCenter
For this, in the provider screen, we should allow the user to specify whether the provided URL points to vCenter or ESX and propagate that information to forklift-controller

• [ ] get from the backend ticket, the key+value in the provider CR that indicate ESXi (vCenter is default)
• [ ] add a way to choose ESX or vCenter in the top of the "create vsphere provider"
• [ ] work with docs to get texts, errors and hints to show for ESXi and for vCenter
• [ ] update form to show ESXi or vCenter modes
