Description of problem:
The source RHV VM has Hyper-V Enlightenments:

However, after converting the VM to OpenShift Virtualization, it doesn't have any HyperV enlightenments.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a Windows VM in RHV. Make sure that the Operating System is selected as Windows so that it will add the Enlightenments.
2. Migrate the VM to OpenShift Virtualization using MTV
Actual results:
Hyper-V Enlightenments are not added to the converted Windows VMs from RHV. This can cause significant performance issues for the VM.

Hyper-V Enlightenments are not added to the converted Windows VMs from RHV.
