Currently the OVA provider inventory detects only changes that made for new files, but if existing files get deleted from the NFS share the inventory doesn't update the current state.
In order to solve this issue we need to add the missing parts to the inventory watcher.

note: the information returned from the ova-provider-server is updated and an update being sent each 5 minutes, the handling of this data in the forklift inventory itself is not complete.
