In RHV, when you create a Virtual Machine, the UUID and Serial number are the same. When migrating a Virtual Machine from RHV to Openshift Virtualization, it appears that the Serial number is maintained however the UUID is not maintained. 

Customer would like the UUID also to be maintained in this transfer as the software installed and running on the VM has licensing that is tied directly to the UUID of the Virtual Machine.
