Description:
After investigating this issue (me and Arik), PVC failed to be removed because importer pod is using annotation with "retainAfterCompletion" that is set to 'true'.

Kubernetes version v1.25.4+a34b9e9

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to reproduce:
1. Migrate VM from RHV or VMware.
2. Wait for migration completion.
3. Archive and delete migration plan.

Actual results:
PVC deletion hangs forever and no other action can be done on it.

Expected results:
PVC should be deleted when archiving and deleting migration plan.
