Deleting migrated VM does not remove PVC and PV

      description:
      After investigating this issue (Me and Arik), PV and PVC are not removed because the importer pod remain.

      Version:
      OpenShift version 4.12.3
      Kubernetes version v1.25.4+a34b9e9
      Channel stable-4.12

      How reproducible:
      100%

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Migrate VM from RHV or VMware.
      2. Wait fro migration completion.
      3. Delete migrated VM.

      Actual results:
      After VM deletion, PVC and PV still remain.

      Expected results:
      PVC and PV should be deleted when deleting migrated VM.
