Currently, when creating a new VM, the automated renaming tool checks if the newly generated VM name exists in the entire cluster and if so adds part of the VM id as a unique identifier to the name.

Since there is no restriction in openshift for two VM under different namespaces that have the same name this check should be changed to be tested only under the same namespace.
