Granted we first have to confirm current offload works with ontap-san-economy. 

As automation jobs create and delete lots of volumes and our SVM already has some 500+ volumes we should switch to ontap-san-economy which by design will create up to 200 PVCs on a single netapp volume, we won't hit the 100 volumes per netapp node limit. 

Even if we don't switch we need to test both drivers.
