Description of problem:

UI Plan Status remains Idle, "next phase will start in less than 1 min"
While the copy attempts are actually failing.

There is not indication for the failures in the UI.

How reproducible:

1. Set the migration max failures to a large number.
2. Start A Warm Migration and allow one Pre-copy to finish.
3. Before the next Pre-Copy, put the host running the vm to maintenance mode
4. Note the Status in UI remains "Idle - Next incremental copy will begin" while there are actually failed attempts the user might not be aware off
