When vdisk protection is enabled on an IBM FlashSystem, the CSI driver fails to remap volumes after the populator unmaps them, causing the entire migration to fail. The error surfaces late in the workflow and is hard to diagnose.
This adds a preflight check in NewFlashSystemClonner that queries lssystem at startup and fails immediately with a clear error message if vdisk_protection_enabled is set to yes.
vdisk protection must be disabled before using FlashSystem with Virtual Machines on Red Hat OpenShift. See IBM documentation: https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/stg-block-csi-driver/1.13.0?topic=configuration-configuring-virtual-machine-openshift
