Installed MTV 2.11.0-38, while creating a storagemap "offload options" was missing from the UI. Figured I'd add the feature_copy_offload: 'true' on forklift which fixed the UI. BTW reproduced on another system which happened to run automation code which doesn't us UI, migrations passed fine so it's just an offload storagemap UI issue.

100% same issue happened on two systems

1. Deploy MTV 2.11.0-38 
2. Configure source provider, I used vmware but I don't think it matter.
3. Create a storage map, select source storage and target storage the extra "offload options (optional)' is missing. on the current screenshot you see it visible already.
4. As it was missing, I figured maybe adding the feature flag under forklift operator would do the trick and it did (feature_copy_offload: 'true').
5. Create a new storage map and the missing offload section now does show up.

Missing offload options should up as the offload feature is enabled by default on 2.11.0, I suspect it's only UI needing the "refresher" as on another system I was able to run offload migrations via automation code which doesn't relay/use UI. Check both images, BeforeEnablingFeature.png is from the system were I ran automation and didn't enabled the feature flag, but migrations offloaded fine so it's probably just a UI bug. And AfterEnablingFeature.png which is on my current system after I enabled the feature flag, before doing it looked similar to the BeforeEnablingFeature.png image.
