      Description of problem:

      The documentation needs to be updated to indicate that OCP Live Migration is GA in 2.11.0 rather than Tech Preview.

Section 3 no longer needs to state that OCP live migration is tech preview.
Section 5.5.1 no longer needs to state that `feature_ocp_Live_migration` must be set on the ForkliftController CR, as the feature will be enabled by default.
