Goal

Today once the HyperV provider is after Dev Preview we need to document it, add User Interface, testing by MTV QE. The whoel feature shoudl be hidden behind feature flag so it will not be avialbe to all custoemrs but onyl to those who opt in. 

User Stories

• As a customer who wants to migrate from HyperV I want to be able to migrate with only RedHat provided documentation so that I have a relied, truested and supported way to mgiration from HyperV
• As a customer who wants to migrate from HyperV I want to be able to perform all operations from User interfac, without using CLI.
• As a customer who wants to migrate from HyperV I want the migration to be fully tested and supported. Knowing that this feature is still in tech preview threre can be some known issues so it sohuld not be supported in production enviroments.

Non-Requirements

• As the feature is goign to Tech Preview the design and architecture was already decided so it should not require large changes.
