[UI] Provider Cards have inconsistent heights

      Description of problem:

      On MTV overview page, Provider cards have different card, making it look inconsistent.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Go to MTV overview page

      Actual results:

      Provider have different heights. In some cards icon is on a separated line, in others it is with text.

      Expected results:

      Provider have consistent height. Define if Icon should be in-line with text or not.
