Cold migration disk transfer progress is only updated at the end

      Description of problem:

      Cold migration disk transfer progress is only updated at the end of the transfer. virt-v2v-monitor, responsible for this action only gets the progress from virt-v2v as whole line once it finished, not during the transfer.

      1. Create cold migration
2. Disk transfer jumps from 0 to 100% after transfer completes

      Actual results:

      Disk transfer jumps from 0 to 100% after transfer completes

      Expected results:

      virt-v2v-monitor tracks the progress also during the transfer
