"Target name" column missing on VM tab on plan page.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to VM tab on a migration plan
2. Click "Manage columns"

Actual results:

"Target Name" does not appear on "Manage column" modal

Expected results:

"Target Name" would be a selectable column.
