      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Create a VMware provider using vddk async IO Optimization on MTV

      2. Create a VMware provider without using vddk async IO Optimization on MTV

      3. Create plans to migrate the same guest using the providers which are created in step1 and step2 respectively, check the v2v conversion time after migration, summarize the conversion time as follows:
