Description of problem:
Plan status and error info is incorrect when there is failed guest in migration plan

100%
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Migrate 3 guests from VMware on MTV, one migration failed, and two migrations succeeded. 2.The plan status shows 'Cannot start'and error info shows 'VM id:vm-277 name:'esx8.0-ubuntu22.04.5-efi-with-tpm' has MAC address conflicts: MACs 00:50:56:a0:cd:95 conflict with destination VM openshift-mtv/esx8.0-ubuntu22.04.5-efi-with-tpm; VM id:vm-281 name:'esx8.0-sles15sp6-x86_64-efi-with-vtpm' has MAC address conflicts: MACs 00:50:56:a0:44:ca conflict with destination VM openshift-mtv/esx8.0-sles15sp6-x86-64-efi-with-vtpm. To troubleshoot, check the Forklift controller pod logs.', which is incorrect
