1.Migrate a win11 with third party AV installed from VMware on MTV
2.Power on the guest after migration, guest can boot into OS normally 
3.The guest will BSOD with stop code: CRITICAL PROCESS DIED after the guest started about one hour. 
4.Force Restart the guest, the guest can boot into OS

Fix the bug

1. Migrated the guest two times on MTV2.10.1, the bug happened both times.
2. The bug didn't occur in Win11 guest without third-party antivirus software installed on MTV2.10.1
3. Can't reproduce the bug on rhel10.1
